At Zaporizhzhia NPP, the regular public discussions of implementation of the Comprehensive (consolidated) Safety Enhancement Program for nuclear power units of Ukraine were held

On November 11, 2019 the regular public discussions on implementation of the Comprehensive (consolidated) Safety Enhancement Program for nuclear power units of Ukraine were held at the Cultural and Business Center of Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant, the Environmental and Social Action Plan and the Stakeholder Engagement Plan for 2019 year were discussed.

The specialists of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”, Zaporizhzhia NPP, consultant of the project management group on the Comprehensive (consolidated) Safety Enhancement Program and the public representatives of Energodar participated in the discussions.

Roman Zibnitskiy, Head of the Information and Image Projects Department of the Communication Division of SE “NNEGC “Energoatom”, opening the public discussions, briefly described the reasons for the event, the algorithm of public interaction.

Ludwig Litvinskiy, Consultant of the SUP management project team, told about the implementation of the Comprehensive (consolidated) Safety Enhancement Program for nuclear power units of Ukraine, noting that almost 70% of the planned actions had been implemented to date.
